Do WoW players kick and scream crying their eyes out this much when new expansions come out and they need to find new gear? I have to believe no they don't, and they shut up and get strong characters again.

No-one is going to tell me they thought bungie was going to let them use the same shit for 10 years. I'm not calling you out about your WoW comment because you're a former player, so I can't disprove you in any way. What I will say is anyone who thought bungie would let them keep ascending everything for 10 years was blind and delusional from the jump.

This is me telling you that yes, was under the impression would be able to keep using the same shit for 10 years. And for many, that is the reason why many got the game in the first place.
