It would be tricky without Gravity. They would have to use plasma torpedoes, and it would take longer. But yes, the Death Star would go down.

And if that doesn't kill it all they have to do is the UNSC infinity or forward unto dawn to kill off the rest

The Infinity could solo the Star Destroyers. Forward Unto Dawn is just a Frigate. Nothing special about it.
