You keep comparing a legal, widespread product versus an illegal product not nearly as easy to obtain in comparison. Alcohol is also allowed in a high percentage of public places. With alcohol's availability, it's far easier to consume in excess. That's a terrible, tired comparison. Besides, over 90% of marijuana users drink as well. That destroys the whole argument anyway. Hell, eating shitty food and having a terrible diet has a far higher kill rate than alcohol. Heart disease blows anything alcohol has done out of the water. Find a new, more sensible argument.

A poor diet causes heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, etc. Alcohol doesn't even show up in the same league. Sorry, but you are horribly mistaken. Then again, that's what I would expect from a stoner sadly.
