Right, and Bungie can't just decide what will or won't be better in our case because everyone has different preferences when it comes to guns. Some people prefer a Hand Cannon with more Stability, others prefer ones with high Impact and Mag Size. Some prefer an Auto Rifle with a lower Rate of Fire but a higher Impact. Its an FPS, players will look at the attributes that guns offer, not the "Max Damage" like you would in an RPG. There's way more factors to consider when choosing between a particular gun or a new sword.
