It's not unreasonable to ask that the forums not be filled with complaints that were constantly posted about from the first month of release. If you're upset enough to write weekly essays on how much this game has screwed you over, you must expect to be told that it may be the best thing for you to move on. Do you really expect that they are going to reverse engineer months of programming? It is a ritual that the community jumps on any announcement by Bungie. As a result, there is barely ever relevant feedback on these forums and I find that if anybody posts anything about weapon or class balance, it is the same people that constantly complain about the game, that will tell you that you are the type of person who is ruining the game(via nerfing etc). we are moving into year two, it's obvious that guys like you don't like the direction of Bungie is taking, so why would you continue(much less invest more money)? With the expansions, the excuse was "I bought the game and season passes, and I'm demanding that Bungie makes up for my dissatisfaction", or "I'm playing it out and getting my money's while letting my voice be heard". Now, there is no excuse to drop another cent into the game. The cat is out of the bag about legacy weapons not leveling and the final excuse that "now I'm playing because, despite constantly railing on the game, I've sunk hours into it and want to retain that progress". There is no reason to stick around man. None at all. Move on. Find a game you enjoy and if you are the type of person who likes drama and is a part of the new generation of gamer that wants to politicize everything involved with it, at least move to a game where you "feel" your voice is heard. I mean is this completely unreasonable? You claim that you are a part of the majority, and you are most certainly a part of the majority on these forums. However, based on the 130 people on my friends list, not a one of them share your thinking concerning this game. Sure, I discuss with other players all the time about how the game can improve, or ideas on how to make that a reality, but it never quite echoes the pervasive, overarching attitude that "it's Bungie's mission to screw the player". If I, or any of the intelligent people I play with regularly felt that way, we would simply not play. In fact, that happened in reality with Final Fantasy 14(I have never returned to that game or its Forums). Have you considered that Destiny is not designed for you? Have you considered(and there is considerable evidence to back this up) that Bungie is basing changes, less on the emotional reactions of players, and more on what players are actually doing based on metrics in combination with player feedback? With that said, or shall I say, with that theory proposed, your best course of action, and the best way to have your voice heard, may be to cease support for the game. On the idea that it is your kind that hold the game up, and your leaving being detrimental to the survival of the game(by way of players leaving in a mass of frustration). I'm more than willing to make that sacrifice. Under that logic, leaving would be the perfect tool for retribution against Bungie and their fanboys. Personally, I would rather the game die out, than have it constantly compromised by people who don't know what they want, expect to much to soon, or don't like anything at all.
