It's so nice to read a post by someone who gets it. I posted a post just like this and mostly got a bunch of people telling me I was crying and wondered why I would want to use the same guns for ten years. My response: What the hell does it matter to you or Bungie what guns I prefer to use? It makes no sesnse to me for them to add Etheric Light and tell us all that they wanted us to choose what guns and gear we wear and then turn around 2 months later and say all our year 1 gear is useless. Let the PLAYER CHOOSE what gear they want to use and not dictate the battlefield by forcing us to only use the new weapons....
