your just too attached to your old virtual guns. and im a day 1 player who has grinded for every raid gun and weapon piece out there.
but c'mon, get excited! you can still use your old gear to mess around with on old missions but do you really want to rely on the same weapons for the next 10 years??

I doubt I keep playing for ten years but I'd at least like the option.
-
Actually yes that exactly how I want it. I've used the same shotgun since I've got it and I hate to think of it getting phased out. What's the point of even playing if your progress is pointless
-
why dont you just think of it as a new game? with every game that you have ever played you dont get to carry over old weapons from the old game to the new one. And before you say "this isnt a new game..." I mean, it might as well be, theyre doing a complete overhaul of the game and bringing in an actual story
-
I am a day one player my self. The thing is you can never find a weapon that behaves the same way as another one. It's hard for me to find a slow firing scout that can match my A.1F and that is because there isn't one.
-
You have never done a raid. Day 1 player.
-
Really why don't you look at my hunter. T(he other two I don't play.) Because not only does it say I have completed both raids but I have weapons that can only come from the raids.
-
*Never done the final check point.
-
I have six completions check grimoire/ raid/ raid completions. 5 vog 1 crota. Not really interested in doe either of them all the time.
-
*on hard
-
Don't care for vex or necrocasim. So why should I do it on hard?

I've rotated out my loadouts with every DLC, actually. However, I've enjoyed the feeling of having the option to use my old weapons, is all I'm saying. I'm super excited for all the new gear, seriously! But think about it, 10 years down the line, don't you want to have the option to use use your old gear? To be able to become legend with gear that newcomers can't even get anymore?? :D It doesn't force anyone to do anything, but it gives the player a choice.
