Was on the moon heading to the temple of crota on my sparrow...when I went through the narrow spot just before a hard turn to the ledge you have to jump up to. Needless to say my drift that I thought would have been awesome wasn't so awesome. I slid into it to late and went over the edge...but being a titan I thought I could save myself...I was wrong...
