Wanting to use the same weapons for the rest of your destiny career is the same train of thought as running the same missions and strikes over and over again. Stop being so afraid of new stuff and be happy the chain of monotony is, to an extent, being broken.

  • Problem is new weapons are always worse than old ones. Bungie just keeps nerfing weapons slowly to get us used to it. But looking back at some of my original 300 attack guns, they are so much better stat wise than what's in HoW. And I'm sure the trend will continue with TTK guns.

There isn't a thing in that statement I don't agree with and I am just as frustrated as anyone else in that regard. Personally I'll never know if TTK doesn't prove to be worth it but if it does and I do end up buying it, I have to look at it as fresh new toys and not make the comparison. From what the reports say, they are doing exactly what WoW has done, down to the green and blue items being better then the old purple and yellow.
