The game glitched in POE, so the bottom hatch to the treasure room opened during a wait for the next round and I got stuck down there.

That happened to me too. My teammates started the boss fight and some random time through it I teleported right on top of the boss.

That happened to me once, I was a little disappointed there wasn't any loot down there.

Happened to me. It wouldn't teleport me into the prison so the rest of the team had to wipe to get me out. Also the treasure chests only seem to spawn upon completion of the Poe. Since they weren't down there when I was stuck there.
