Good point.
Could it be the change of developers or do you think it just became stale no matter who would be behind it?

Change of developers and also the publisher. Activision are going to fck this game up like more dlc and ridiculous prices with barely any content. Trust me.

I can see that happening. There's definitely been murmurs going on about Activision and their greedy take on distribution.

I strongly believe that will be this game's downfall.

It is but you have to remember there are people who are paying 30 dollars to go flawless so they could stand a chance but I hear what you're saying loud and clear. I have a love/hate relationship with this game. Certain things are finely tuned other things are annoyingly cheap.
