I still have my Grim Citizen III max at 300. I was really happy when i got that weapon from a legendary engram.

Mine is still at 300 incase ttk won't allow you to ascend old weapons that are already ascended to 365. I got it from an engram and it was my first legendary. It has outlaw and reactive reload. I melted people with that gun, can't wait to use it again.
