Exotic Ideas

[b]THANK YOU GUARDIANS!! With all of your help and ideas, I hit 1,000 comments! I will be working on a community based exotic in honor of this community effort![/b] [b]Exotic Ideas 2 Link[/b]: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/191970608/0/0 Primary: Assault rifle- No Other Choice "In dire situations, only one opinion is available" Perks are Focused Fire and Last Chance (Getting a kill at low health lowers the damage taken) Scout rifle- Sword and Shield "The strength of one comes from his defence" Perks are Extended Range, Armor piercing rounds, and a choice of Broaden the shield (3 consecutive kills grants an over shield) or Sharpen the sword (3 consecutive kills grants bonus damage) Hand cannon- Skill Unknown "Wielders became so skilled, it was a paradox" Perks are Final Round and Specialist (Hand loaded and Return to Sender) Special: Sniper- Doctor's Medicine "Headache? I can cure it" Perks are Return to Sender, Third Eye, Snapshot, and Doctor's Pill (Precision kills cause enemies to explode and returns health to player) Shotgun- Surprise "Slugs make a great gift" Perks are Hammer Forged, Light Weight, Slug Rounds (Extended Range and no spread) Fusion rifle- Time Flux "Time moves forward with your permission" Perks are More impact penalty to rate of fire, and Chrono's Revenge (One shot slows down enemies) Heavy: Rocket launcher- Poseidon's Wrath "A weapon worthy of a god" Perks are Javelin, Army of one, Trident (A rocket fired splits into three rockets and tracks different enemies) Machine gun- Hellfire "Who needs a rocket launcher, I can send one hundred explosions" Perks are Persistence, Surplus, Light them up (a random bullet is an explosive round that blinds nearby enemies) If you have any ideas, please leave them down below.     Something I've seen in a few other games, that could be interesting.........the ability to turn an enemy "berzerk", and make them start attacking each other. It would need to be something that procs semi rarely. Maybe an auto, or pulse rifle with 1 or 2 rounds per mag that would have to crit for it to happen. And of course only on lower level enemys......maybe a chance to proc on a yellow bar, only if 2 "berzerk" rounds crit within a second of each other. Or maybe with 2 rounds hitting crits a low level enemy gains an ability, like acolytes do in the raid when adepts are killed. Or could somehow be related to the "taken" effect.....somehow a bit of what allows oryx to take others is infused into the weapon & allows you to "take" an enemy to fight for & protect you for a short time.

        • Broken Faith "Everyone has Faith of survival. Of returning home... Faith has forsaken us"~ Unidentified guardian. This is a scout rifle that looks like Mida Multi-Tool in design, but has the color of the year 1 Bad Juju. It appears battle scarred: peeling paint, scratches, burn marks, etc. It also has a hunter knife stuck at the end of the barrel with black tape. Perks Tier 1: Bayonet- This weapon replaces any melee with jabbing with this weapon. Tier 2: Broken Faith- No ammo in the clip and being low health gives you a lunge attack with the knife. This weapon could be a lifesaver. It may not seem that great game play wise, but it makes more sense in a story environment.

          [b][i][u]Final Breath[/u][/i][/b] Exotic Sidearm Description: Found beside a pile of bones and twelve dead Fallen. Visual: Looks like an M1911 pistol, very worn and faded. Has a glow that diminishes as bullets are fired and goes out on last bullet. Perks: Perk Tree One: Stability/Impact/Stability Perk 1: Who's Next? Perk Tree two: Magazine/ Stability/ Reload Exotic Perk: Final Breath- Last round deals massive bonus damage at cost of large part of player health. Precision shot or kill of any kind cancels the health loss.

        • "The Nerf" ...legend has it every time someone complains to Deej, something gets nerfed... Perk 1 (Nerfed) When shot at an enemy, whatever weapon they are using will decrease in damage by 400% Perk 2 (Deej's word) When causing damage, Deej's face will begin to appear on the side of the weapon

                      "Akimbo Grips" -Exotic Hunter Gauntlets- Allows for dual wielding of any non-exotic handcannon. Also allows for dual wield golden gun for those pesky max armor sunbreakers. Golden gun gets 3 shots in total.

                      • Troll Exotic Primary Auto Rifle "Because why not" Exotic Perk - LOL: the gun barrel makes a loop pointing back at you so when you shoot you end up shooting yourself.

                          "Baizo" "Better than one." Column 0 (intrinsic): Kinetic Damage Baizo: this weapon has two seperate magazines, and can be swapped by aiming. Higher impact shots while aiming, but lower fire rate and magazine size. Lower impact shots while hip firing, higher fire rate and magazine size. Infuse Column 1: Field Choke Accurized Ballistics Aggressive Ballistics Perk 1: Rangefinder Column 2: Hand Loaded Perfect Balance Speed Reload Perk 2: Fukusu: Getting a kill while aiming down sights boosts accuracy of hip fire, and vice versa. When you reload the weapon you reload both magazines. Visual design: scoped hand cannon that has a cylinder near the end of the barrel, and has a magazine of a sidearm in the usual grip placement. Uses a white and purple color scheme, with touches of gold accents. #writemyexotichistory

                          • The Immovable Object Titan Chestpiece "The Chestpiece worn by Lord Shaxx back during the battle of the twilight gap. Despite wear and tear, the armor can still take quite a hit." Exotic Perk - Immovable Object - This perk allows the Ward of Dawn to last much longer (20 seconds longer) and gives an automatic over shield to any teammate who enters, allowing people to use Weapons of Light AND Blessing at the same time. The Chestpiece also grants Increased Armor, much the like the Ram, only to a less degree, allowing the player to tank more shots with the Chestpiece on.

                          • The End 'You always knew it was coming' Pulse Rifle Perks: Full Auto , Glass half full , and the exotic perk is if The End Has Come - Each bullet that hits you will blind you then the next one will slow you and the final one will explode, only three rounds per 27 bullet mag will do this

                              The Stalker "You don't know your being hunted till it's too late." Void It looks like a urban digital camo Barrett.50 with a modified scope and there is 20+ tally marks above where you put the mag. Exotic Perk: cat and mouse Crouching turns you invisible and there is no scope glare. [spoiler]#writemyexotichistory[/spoiler]
