Exotic Ideas

    The Test Subject Exotic Sword "The first slice shall be mine." Looks like a giant version of the Buzzaxe that Krieg has in Borderlands 2. Without ammo there is no sawblade on the end. Has two exotic perks: -Save the Worthy: Damage is increased when nearby allies are damage. -Punish the Deserving: Enemies that damage your teammates are marked and take 50% more damage if they are at full health. The Broken Promise Exotic Warlock Boots [i][/i] What do you mean you're leaving, oh bearer of mine? Looks like giant talons going down your legs and your feet look like a birds with more talons and such. Has 2 exotic perks, 1 built in and one needs to be upgraded to. -The Promise: Grants Catapult (Other jump modifiers can boost this effect as well) -The Lie: All melees while sprinting allow you to keep sprinting and melee hits increase sprint speed (stacks 3 times) The Skull of Eao Exotic Hunter Helm WE LOOK INTO THE ABYSS, AND THE ABYSS LOOKS AWAY Looks like a giant skull on your head of some animal. Whatever Eao or the Eao may have looked like. Exotic perk: The Stare Grants Keen Scout and improved target acquisition when standing still. Secret perk: Third eye for special weapons. The Mammoth Exotic Titan Chest "We used to hunt these things back when I was your age." Extremely hairy all over, with an array of broken tusks and teeth around the neck. Exotic perk: The Hunt Increased armor, sniper kills have a chance to increase heavy damage for 10 seconds (50% bonus to damage)

    • Master at Arms: Sometimes one gun is just not enough. The Häkke MAA-23, sometimes referred to as the Master at Arms, is an auto rifle built light enough to be dual wielded. It is ideal for close quarters combat, which makes it the perfect weapon for raiding fallen ketches. [u]Perks[/u] Double Down: Player can dual wield the weapon at the cost of not being able to aim down sights or throw grenades. Hip fire accuracy is increased. Two Corpses in One Grave: Killing two enemies simultaneously with these weapons returns ammo to the magazine and replenishes health.

      Rose From Another Grave "Every rose has a story. A poem to sing of its demise. And to lull its victims to picks it's firey petals" Exotic gauntlets for the Hunter subclass Gunslinger. Pointed black thorns will be over hands and along fingers (fingers turn to claw like tips for female varient) Small Rose petals line the sides of the arm like slightly pulled out scales(Color of petals changes for each race to resemble its "blood": Blood red for Humans, pitch black for Exos, and a purplish red for Awoken) Perks: Ring around the Roses(Increased agility and reload speed when near death), Pocket Full of Thornses (throwing knifes that land will cause shields and health to not regenerate for 5 seconds longer [cause no extra damage]), Ashes, Ashes (Killing enemies with Golden Gun or explosion will cause them to explode and leave a fire patch of ash petals in their wake that damages enemies overtime[last 10 seconds][activating super will cause petals to combust in fire fury and slowly drift off of player as they walk), You All Fall Dead(Killing three enemies within a short time of each other will grant you bonus super energy, Melee charge and grenade charge[does not work on super if super is cast, nor on grenade if grenade is used, etc.) Advantages: Terrifying looking and extremely good looking with female characters (depends on what you like of course), Very good synergy with getting up close and personal and taking a risk to get the kills, very versatile Disadvantages: Creepy at times, "You All Fall Dead" perk has problem with not getting energy for kills if thing is the third killing force(ex.       • I love all of these ideas! But maybe swap the RL's name to something that's not Greek Mythological related? I understand the name with the perk ( Poseidon and trident ) I also seen Chrono's name. I'm not very creative when it comes to names or descriptions. So don't take any of this offensively. The ideas are great, but the names could be changed. Don't get me wrong. I'm a fan of Greek Mythology. It just doesn't have any relevance to destiny. "you wouldn't put water in you're gas tank, would you?"

      • I've got 5 exotic ideas, but only focusing on the exotic perks. In order: Primary, Secondary, Heavy, Helmet, Chest. Comment what you think! One-and-a-Half- Auto Rifle Exotic RoF: Max Range: 35 Stability: 46 Impact: 12 Mag Size: 40 Text: Here's my answer to your equation. Exotic Perk: Two-Bottom half of magazine deals bonus damage. When magazine is full, increases movement speed when equipped. Tulip- Sniper Rifle Exotic Black Spindle Stats, except less impact by 7. Mag Size: 4 Text: "There is a rumor of a weapon that was the rival of Thorn..." Exotic Perk: Aphrodite- When you shoot a member of your fireteam, they start recovering shields. Hand of the Hive- Machine Gun Exotic Thunderlord Stats with less range, stability and impact. Text: "The Hive are not finished. But you can unleash what fury they had." -Eris Morn Exotic Perk: Book of Sorrow- Precision kills trigger a cursed thrall explosion and each kill gives increased agility. Stacks up to 5 times. Darkness Crown- Titan Exotic Intellect: 45-120 Discipline: 45-120 Text: Oryx is dead. You now inherit his legacy. Exotic Perk: Taken King- Deal bonus damage to Taken enemies.       • Hand Cannon idea: Swarm of Bees. *You're in for a world of hurt.* Solar Damage, 9 in the mag, average impact and fire rate, high stability, low range and reload. First Perk- Unflinching Exotic Perk- From the Swarm: This weapon has decreased base damage. Chaining consecutive shots with this weapon temporarily increases damage. Stacks up to 5 times.

        Boots Ram jets. ( Titans only ) Most be the shoes. 1st perk/ Increased agility. 2nd perk/ Launch: Allow Titans to reach far greater heights for devastating death from above attacks.

      • Hand Cannon: Make My Day A relic from the past that radiates contempt. 1st perk/ Feeling lucky. One random round will paralyze for 2 seconds. * Will not work on bosses * 2nd perk/ Make My Day. When enemies use melee attacks against you this weapon gains bonus damage.

        Shotgun-DejaVu "Have I done this before?" It has the stats you would expect a slug shotgun would have. It is a grey weathered hakke and when you shoot it expels green mist from the openings. Perk-This seems fimilar Killing the same player/enemy type three times the remaining shots does bonus damage to said player/enemy type till you reload

      • Name: Song of Ash Description: Screams and gun shots can synchronize nicely at certain frequencies. Solar autorifle Exotic perk: firing at hard surfaces creates short-lasting, miniature solar flares which cause burn damage.

      • The vortex(rocket launcher) description: look into the black whole. Main perks: tracking and exotic perk this gun as early denotation (grenade and hoarse shoes) and I vortex will spawn behind them. Doing constant damage in a short period of time( its a black whole the spawns.. Some enemy's will be sucked in the vortex sometimes damage: void Exotic hand connon: thousand souls. Description: I hear them everywhere. Bonus perk: cursed mag this gun holds 6 more in the mag. Original mag is 6. But u don't see its 12. But its there. Exotic perk a thousand screams: this gun spreads to near by enemy's. But does half the damage to the person it spread. 3 kill sprees increase reload speed and impact. Until the next reload. 10 kill spree kills will trigger posed body.(lingering damage)

      • I was actually thinking about this before ttk as a rocket launcher that would be as good as gjally. My idea is The Deathstar, with the description "use the force" (gotta cash in on the star wars hype lol). Anyway the design of the weapon will focus on tracking as its alt perk, speed reload, javelin and heavy payload as your choices, and the exotic perk will be that any rockets that hit the target mark the area around him and call down an orbital strike from your ship (being inside doesn't matter as lore has your ship transporting you all the time so ordinance shouldn't be too much of a stretch). To even it out only the rockets have tracking so if your target moves from the marked area they don't take the extra damage. I thought this would be a fun weapon as gjally was about the extra damage from the volume of Wolfpack rounds so this one would having all the damage come from a massive explosive blast, and I thought it would be nice if your ship was actually used for more then loading screens even if it is only artificial.

          • Here is my idea for an exotic Merciless Beast: It knows nothing of reason or compassion; only death and destruction. Basically, the Merciless Beast is a sidearm with a full auto firing system. The two exotic perks are as follows: Outrage: This weapon fires lethal spikes in full auto mode. Brutality: Kills with this weapon recharge melee to full and increase character agility up to max, and melee speed is increased significantly. Consecutive kills with this weapon causes the buffs to stack. The design of the gun is meant to resemble the Brute Spikers from the Halo franchise. The damage type is Solar, which is meant to reflect the characteristics of the Spiker rounds, which are described as hot metal spikes. When the rounds hit either the target or any surface, they would look like hot metal spikes sticking out of the surface. Magazine size is capped at 15. Rate of fire is moderate to high. Impact is high. Range is low. Stability is low to moderate. Reload is moderate. Other perks include perfect balance/ high caliber/ rifled barrel, and danger close.

            • Firestorm are a series of solar weapons. [u]Pyro Maniac[/u] "Burn! Burn the world! Burn my enemies! Burn with me!" This is an red-orange flame thrower that is a special weapon. Only titans can wield this weapon. You carry it like a mini gun, and it has wires that lead to fuel tanks on your back. The tip of the barrel turns black the longer it is burning. It holds a 50% ammo capacity (5% for every second). Perks Tier 1: Napalm- Shooting fire at the ground causes dark red-orange 'sunspots' that last 20 seconds. Tier 2: Pyro Maniac- If this weapon is empty, all solar abilities (except super) charge 20% faster. [u]CME[/u] "Coronal Mass Ejection" This is a rocket launcher that only warlocks can wield. It has Dragon's Breath body but it has three metal claws in a triangular shape at the end of the barrel. This rocket launcher is white with red stripes. Holding left trigger (zoom) will charge a large solar flare in the middle of the three claws. Hitting right trigger will show the claws closing in on the flare, launching it. Perks Tier 1: Bright Flash- If you don't have time to charge the shot, hit right trigger only to launch a small projectile that does no damage but blinds enemies. Tier 2: Vaporized- The main rocket passes through one enemy burning them to death, but the blast radius is reduced to 1/4. Hitting the environment without hitting anyone reduces the blast radius to 1/2. [u]Raging Hunt[/u] "Hunters from the mountains of fire don't survive the jungles, they burn it down" This is a pair of hunter boots that look like you stepped in magma... and survived. The boots are dark orange with black spots that are constantly shifting around. Perks Tier 1: Fire's Step- These give gunslingers the evade perk. Evading leaves small magma pools where you started. Tier 2: Spread the Flames- Chaining golden gun kills after evades (1 second limit to get kill after evade) grants flame shield and flame damage. Stacks 3 times.

The scope is like a red dot-ORAS1 and can be zoomed in or out with LS) Perk 1: Third Eye Perk Tree: -Braced Frame (No magazine penalty) -Perfect Balance -Single Point Sling Exotic Perk- They Stand Before You: Precision shots refund the current magazine and an additional bullet to the magazine. A missed shot will return the magazine to 1. This perks stacks up to 7 times to yield a maximum 8 bullets in the magazine. *Note: This weapon reloads very slowly with a single bullet when the exotic perk is inactive. [b]Derelict-D[/b] [i]The Derelict, Sub-version Delta, was born a malfunction when Hakke attempted to incorporate high caliber bullets into their auto rifles.                   • Telekinetic Assassin "Guns are a superior weapon to a blade... however a good blade can be better than an empty gun." Banshee-44 Exotic gauntlets for the Hunter subclass Gunslinger. The only real astetics to the gauntlet will be strange wires and buttons on the back of the hands and a single read wire that runs up to the shoulders. Perks: Rain Blows, Better Than Empty(having no ammo in your primary will grant you an additional melee charge and melee will charge significantly faster), Telekinesis(Pressing melee will throw a throwing knife at enemy, pressing melee again will bring knife[as long as it doesn't hit the environment or is a headshot] back and will be allowed to be throw again) Advantages:Great if you accidently miss your target or get a body shot and wish to finish them off, running out of bullets actually gets you more ways to kill things Disadvantages: Telekinesis perk only is usable once per melee charge and getting precision shots will not return knife to you,

                    • Narcissistic Heresy "Mirror mirror on the Ward, who's the prettiest of the Horde? Of course it's me." Exotic gauntlets for Defender Titan subclass. The entire surface will be a clear crystal like color and reflect light. Along the bottom of the left arm will be a silver decorated mirror which you can see your helmet if you are holding a weapon with a long barrel(hand cannons, sidearms, and swords are left out since arm isn't forward enough) Perks: Narcissist([secret ability]Whatever emote is present will be overridden when these gauntlets are equipped, players will now raise left arm up and look at mirror {what players specifically do will depend on gender and race}, Narcissism(all weapons will reload faster as long as you can see your reflection in the mirror, being near death will also reload significantly faster regardless of reflection), Reflection(Holding melee will hold your arm up in defence, this has the same properties as the Mirror Mirror perk but only if enemies hit your arm), Mirror Mirror(Ward of Dawn will now be like a one way mirror[image is foggy outside looking in but anyone inside can see outside clearly] and bullets will now ricochet off of Ward[if bullets are designed to richocet, they will be given an extra richocet for each deflection off of the Ward{Hard Light bullets will now richocet twice and Sleeper Stimulant will richocet six times}, if bullets strike Ward, they will count as yours and any enemies that are hit will take damage and kills will count towards your score) Advantages: Perfect for those who can't stop looking at themselves, Excellent for getting additional kills at the expense of the Enemy's idiocy of shooting your Ward or reflecting arm, reloading happens faster because you are too pretty to die, Disadvantages: Richocet will happen on the INSIDE of the Ward as well so someone using Sleeper Stimulant... with it having a very low chance of hitting the ground to count as its initial richocet... and seeing as it will count as your shot and the Sleeper can kill you... , Too much narcissism can lead to being hated, Reflection perk is not very useful unless your timing and luck is correct
