I will be working on a community based exotic in honor of this community effort![/b] [b]Exotic Ideas 2 Link[/b]: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/191970608/0/0 Primary: Assault rifle- No Other Choice "In dire situations, only one opinion is available" Perks are Focused Fire and Last Chance (Getting a kill at low health lowers the damage taken) Scout rifle- Sword and Shield "The strength of one comes from his defence" Perks are Extended Range, Armor piercing rounds, and a choice of Broaden the shield (3 consecutive kills grants an over shield) or Sharpen the sword (3 consecutive kills grants bonus damage) Hand cannon- Skill Unknown "Wielders became so skilled, it was a paradox" Perks are Final Round and Specialist (Hand loaded and Return to Sender) Special: Sniper- Doctor's Medicine "Headache? I can cure it" Perks are Return to Sender, Third Eye, Snapshot, and Doctor's Pill (Precision kills cause enemies to explode and returns health to player) Shotgun- Surprise "Slugs make a great gift" Perks are Hammer Forged, Light Weight, Slug Rounds (Extended Range and no spread) Fusion rifle- Time Flux "Time moves forward with your permission" Perks are More impact penalty to rate of fire, and Chrono's Revenge (One shot slows down enemies) Heavy: Rocket launcher- Poseidon's Wrath "A weapon worthy of a god" Perks are Javelin, Army of one, Trident (A rocket fired splits into three rockets and tracks different enemies) Machine gun- Hellfire "Who needs a rocket launcher, I can send one hundred explosions" Perks are Persistence, Surplus, Light them up (a random bullet is an explosive round that blinds nearby enemies) If you have any ideas, please leave them down below. Weapon's mechanism evicerates user to keep the rifle loaded. (Upon firing equivalent to taking 194 damage in the crucible= point blank non stickied tripmine grenade) Barrels: any 3, their effects are placeholders [Alternatively, different zoom scopes] First perk; Hip Fire Column perks; Lightweight, 2 other perks no one will care about. Final perk; Earthbreaker: kills with this weapon cause a massive shockwave that knocks away all things near the target Passive perk; "The crucible will not tolerate actions that endanger our ghosts. Guardians must put this weapon in their vault lest crucible be denied to noncomplient guardians.         Ol' Besse "Some of the earliest hunters came from the frontiers of Texas, North America" A hunter specific scout rifle that resembles a Winchester Model 1873 repeating rifle. It holds 15 bullets. I recommend reloading after, at least, 5 shots. Every time you fire a bullet, you flip the lever to chamber the next round. When you fire all 15 bullets, an animation of tilting the gun to the left and loading 15 bullets, one by one, in a slot close to the stock will play. Perks Tier 1: Frontiersman- Better range, damage, and accuracy Tier 2: Huntsman- Body shots grant quicker reload speed. Precision shots reduce Golden Gun cool down time. Tier 3: Ol' Besse- Have a chance to spawn orbs of light when assisting fellow hunters How to aquire this weapon: Step 1- Get the quest 'The Frontier' from Cayde-6. This will lead you to a new destination on Earth, Texas North America. Step 2- get kills with scout rifles and use gunslinger abilities. (This will be a patrol mission on North America) Step 3- start the mission 'Plains of the West'. Clear out a pack of Fallen from a ranch belonging to a first generation hunter. At the end of the mission, your ghost will scan a dead hunter. On him the ghost will find Ol' Besse and a message that reads "Let our legacy and love of the wilderness continue.             Kronos Seeder "Listen closely. They speak of the Garden. It blooms across not acres, but eons." Exotic Sidearm Tier 1: Solar damage; Endless Loop (this weapon needs no ammo. It can be fired rapidly until it overheats.)** Tier 2: idk Tier 3: Hip Fire Tier 4: Quickdraw, Explosive Rounds, Increased Stability (but lower range) Tier 5: Hezen Hellraiser; kills with this weapon have a chance to grant an immediate cooldown (meaning overheating is reset) Stats: 90 RoF, 15 impact, 35 range, 75 stability Looks: Exact replica of Slap Rifle. When weapon starts to overheat, weapon grows redder, and vibrates. Sounds exactly like slap rifle **Sort of like the EM1 in Advanced Warfare

The grimoire picture shown is that of the Cabal Heavy Slug Thrower, aka their Gatling Gun. I did not design this, Bungie did. If somebody wants to photoshop the exotic background or draw it, be my guest, I suck at art.[/b] RHODES PILLAR Exotic Machine Gun "the last stand of the Colossus who wielded this weapon is honored by both Cabal and Guardians alike." [quote]STATS • RoF: 100 • Impact: 25 • Range: 35 • Stability: 55 • Magazine: 300 • Reload: 0[/quote] PERKS • Solar Damage: this weapon deals Solar Damage. • Belt-Feeder: this weapon does not have reserve ammo. (Does not mean regen ammo) Instead, it has a cooldown bar which if filled will overheat for 5 seconds. • Juggernaut: increased Stability, +3 Armor. In exchange, -3 Agility,‎ and Jump abilities are disabled. Barrel Column Upgrades: • Aggressive Ballistics: More predictable recoil. Enhanced Impact. Shorter range and more recoil. • Smart Drift Control‎: ‎Predictable and controllable recoil. Penalty to range. • Field Choke: More range and Impact. Increased recoil. Support Perk: • Hip-Fire: this weapon has increased accuracy while firing from the hip. Stat Column Upgrades: • Snapshot: aiming this weapon is incredibly fast. • Hammer Forged: Improved range and accuracy. • High Caliber Rounds: Oversize rounds built to stagger targets and leave them reeling. Their mass makes a weapon harder to handle. Exotic Perk: • Seventh Wonder: greatly increased Stability, +2 Armour. Rounds fired from this weapon explode on impact, dealing a portion of their damage. A true legend, those who wield this weapon hope to live up to its nameless former owner. [/quote] COSMETIC APPEARANCE it is aesthetically identical to a Cabal Heavy Slug Thrower. When aiming down sights a holographic sight will show. It has a very low zoom. HOW TO ACQUIRE This weapon can be obtained from completing the Raid, Emperor's Hand, on Hard by defeating the Cabal Emperor, Imperus __________. Pros: • very high stability, like a laser. • maximum RoF. • decent range. • provides almost as much armor as a revive overshield. • explosive rounds give your enemies hell. • very, very large magazine. Cons: • impact is of the lowest class, same as the Backscratcher 9.0 • aim assist is low on this weapon. • very low zoom. • overheat lasts 5 seconds. • very low mobility, you will not be able to use jump abilities (still able to basic jump.) • increased Armour does not stack with Blessings of Light or Radiant Skin, or any armour ability that increases armor. Gameplay: the feel of this weapon is to be the opposite of MIDA, instead of being a completely mobile speedy Gonzales, you become a tank, slow moving and tough as nails. Since it is the Cabal Gatling gun, your FoV would be a little more freed up. Edits: [spoiler]Edit: I encourage everybody to read the Pros & Cons of this weapon before labelling it OP. Edit 2: balancing: • replacing persistence with hip-fire • Remove the -2 agility from Seventh Wonder exotic perk. • Armour buff does not stack with Blessings of Light and Radiant Skin, similar to how Defender Titans Force Barrier does not stack with Blessings of Light. • Tweaking the explosive rounds feature of Seventh Wonder perk. Explosions will not disrupt precision hits, at the cost of the additional damage not harming the opponent hit with the initial round. (Thoughts?) Edit 3: to all those who are saying it looks like a rocket launcher, I am using the grimoire picture of the Cabal Gatling Gun. You are thinking the barrel is the rockets tube.                           • PaT2 "An assassin's dream" This is a year two model of the Patience and Time. The frame is exactly the same. The camo is slightly darker in color. Perks Tier 1: Assassin's Eye- More detailed and extended radar. Tier 2: Patience and Time- Zooming up causes you to go invisible. (Not the year 1 crap. Invisible like in the mission Lost Rites) I want this to be a year two weapon for two reasons. 1) This was my very first exotic. 2) This was a great sniper, but it wasn't shown the love it deserved due to Ice Breaker.

                                • Had this idea for a while and have posted it a couple times but here it goes [b]The Hydra[/b] - Rocket launcher tripod by default (this is important) each rocket fired has a different element [b]OR[/b] Fires all 3 rockets at once with different elements Too lazy to fill in the rest of the perks but tracking would be nice (my laziness extends to my aiming lol) I like ur idea for the Hellfire machine gun. But instead of a random bullet blinding i think it'd be cooler if each round was an incendiary round. That or explosive rounds. Seems like the kind of gimmicks Bungie would put on exotics

                                  • Old Broken Watch "Time and time again, we forget what time we have" Available to all class artifacts slot Exotic When equipped, all primary weapon reload twice as slow but double all rates of fire with slight boost to stability. If reloading while melee, half mag will fill if target is killed.

                                        The Big One Exotic Rocket Launcher Description: the bigger the explosion, the better. Stats: slow rate of fire, max blast radius, decent velocity, decent reload speed, holds two rockets. Main perks: Tripod and Lots of Explosions: enemy's killed in the explosion explode, chaining explosions. It does Arc Damage. [spoiler]#writemyexotichistory[/spoiler]

                                        • Ares "Ghosts can do more than open doors!" This is a ghost shell that is white with a red core light, red "scar"/war paint that goes across core. On both sides of the shell are little turrets. Perks Tier 1: Materialized- Legendary engrams close to you are automatically decrypted. Tier 2: Little [i]Warrior[/i] Light- Your ghost will damage, possibly kill enemies that surround you. Ghosts can turn anything into computer data, 1's and 0's. They can also arrange/rearrange molecules to revive guardians.... why not turn this into a weapon?
