Why am I reading so many posts declaring that a caucus of self-identified female players is an example of reverse discrimination? Reverse discrimination is not real. Underrepresented community member caucus is good.
It appears as though many of my fellow guardians were asleep during diversity and social justice class. Maybe have not learned about structural and institutional oppression.
I've provided a link for a snapshot on the subject. Should help explain why, no, you probably shouldn't have a "white-male-only group," too. Take it or leave it.

Edited by Gønzö: 8/1/2015 1:43:43 AMOh yes the typical SJW trope, "structural or institutional discrimination is the only real form of discrimination blah blah" Congrats, did we learn this in an introductory sociology class and feel super smart now? Maybe from mother jones blog? Or the huffington post? Upworthy maybe? Here's a cookie. You can still discriminate when not being part of the majority.
