I can't and do not make an effort to report anybody, mainly because I'm not sure if they have bad internet, are cheating, or dealing with [b]bad servers[/b]. For instance, I sometimes red bar in Crucible for the parts of the match and just go back to green, and others I am fine. Additionally, I never go red during PVE or Tower, except when everybody is experiencing lag. Surely somebody has experienced the same thing as me, so I just grin and bear whenever a red bar shows up in the Crucible, because I have no idea why they are red.
