I'm not whining about it and I certainly don't do it. I was answering a question about the causes of it and I said macho pride which isn't just a gaming thing, it happens in all walks of life where a woman beats a man. I play darts against females. If they beat me it's just that they beat me, it's not the end of the world and we both have three darts so why shouldn't they do better than me. I do know some men though who absolutely hate it and refuse to shake hands if they lose. Seems weird to me

No it seems weird that a man won't shake a woman's hand if they lose. Why should it be a no-no in their eyes ?. People can be who they want to be until their behaviour impacts on others in a way that is harmful. And I think good manners (shaking hands) is simply good manners.

No but it's disrespectful. It's harmful in that way as it fosters disrespect and has a knock on effect.

The solution is be respectable and avoid being in a position to be disrespected if it hurts that bad

Even people who try their hardest to avoid disrespect seem to get it on here. Some people just go out of their way to create trouble. I suppose that's how the world works.
