Two I can think of that happened this week: 1) I was playing on Blind Watch and ran out of the door that leads to A from B. I proceeded to Blink and for some reason my character blinked like a mile off of the map into the air and proceeded to fall to his death in the middle of nowhere. 2) Playing on Shores of Time, I was around point A and was instantly killed by Thorn.. from a player who was on the opposite side of the map with multiple walls between us. Was labeled "killed by the architects" with the Hand cannon symbol next to it. I had a "lolwut" face for a solid minute afterwards.
