Blinked near the ground at the very start of the strike at Hellmouth and rocketed forward about 100m into a barrier. I was so stunned and laughing so hard I couldn't get annoyed.
Had one a couple hours ago in IB I can't explain. I just fell over dead and rolled off a ledge. Not a great story, but it was weird.

Had something similar happen to me. I was playing control. I blink into the air and then all of a sudden just die.
