I was doing the eye of a gate lord sorry mission for a bounty, and when I got to the citadel, it decided to not load correctly after the 5 minutes it took (thanks to my bad connection), with fake floors that you fall through and no details. Shortly after I died, I was disconnected from Xbox live. O.O

Happened to me once too. Had to reload Ember Caves then go back.
