Your weirdest Misadventure?
Just a few minutes ago I was playing Iron Banner. I jumped into the air, shot a guy with my shotgun, and immediately flew backwards into a wall and died...he did not die.
It would of actually been funny however, I was on a 8 kill streak when it happened.
What are some of the weirdest Misadventures that have happened to you?

2 RepliesAt point C at Rusted Lands. I blink and then melee a kid. (The kid's at 1/4 health.) He does't get hurt, but I fly back behind the wall and die.

3 RepliesShot the wolf captain boss in anchor of light with the scorch cannon, he's the final guy and on low health. Hid round the corner holding the trigger down to boost that scorch cannon round up and fry his ass, suddenly he runs round the corner towards me. I make a hasty exit but he follows me and gets in a couple of shots while glowing brightly which takes my health down to red. I cant let go of the trigger because if he blows my low health will kill me, cue benny hill music as I run away and he chases me until finally the timer runs out and he takes both of us out in a flash of scorch cannon light! guardian down, I didn't even get the chest as I must have died a millisecond before him. He wasn't going out on his own the barsteward.

I had a similar thing happen but I didn't die. Sometimes melee attacks push people back far. I was streaming rumble (www.twitcg.tv/xizekgaming) and I went to melee this hunter and as I did he took damage but immediately flew back in a rock and he died while his body rag dolled off the edge on the cauldron map. Was hilarious.

I was on Anomaly and I was under B flag, I jumped to get up there and bam... Misadventure. Nobody shot, my body just flew.

I played pinball with him somehow and he died when he hit the wall lol. [/url] I don't know if that would have technically been a misadventure for him but it certainly wasn't normal.

Yesterday in Asylm I jumped op on a leaf by C and then I flew back hit a wall and died

4 RepliesPoE. Final boss had hardly any health. Last guardian standing. Fired a gjallarhorn rocket to finish off the boss and a stupid phalanx charged in front and took the hit. I died from the explosion and that stupid phalanx survived because of other enemies being closer to the Wolfpack rounds.

Jumped up in the air got meleed and went flying into a wall.

Last heroic was jumping up a ledge during archon fight to Rez teammate when I some how tapped my super (nova bomb). When attempting to Rez. Needless to say wiped.

1 ReplyIt's not weird... But entering Crota's end, landing safely, and then having a teammate land on top of you at just the right angle that your corpse goes flying into the abyss before you even realize what happened will always be my favorite death.

The sudden explosion/death of a rocket just launched that detonated next to you because of an enemy being too close to your left or right, but not on your screen.

1 ReplyI was in the vault up on the cliff where you jump down to confluxes when the screen went white and when it cleared and I could see I was sliding toward the edge and no button punching could save me. Just watched as I slid toward the edge for about 10 seconds and off into nothing. Guardian down...

I was standing in between my buddy and a thrall as he hit the thrall. He squished moi into it and I died.

1 ReplyTwo I can think of that happened this week: 1) I was playing on Blind Watch and ran out of the door that leads to A from B. I proceeded to Blink and for some reason my character blinked like a mile off of the map into the air and proceeded to fall to his death in the middle of nowhere. 2) Playing on Shores of Time, I was around point A and was instantly killed by Thorn.. from a player who was on the opposite side of the map with multiple walls between us. Was labeled "killed by the architects" with the Hand cannon symbol next to it. I had a "lolwut" face for a solid minute afterwards.

I was so stunned and laughing so hard I couldn't get annoyed. Had one a couple hours ago in IB I can't explain. I just fell over dead and rolled off a ledge. Not a great story, but it was weird.
