Your weirdest Misadventure?
Just a few minutes ago I was playing Iron Banner. I jumped into the air, shot a guy with my shotgun, and immediately flew backwards into a wall and died...he did not die.
It would of actually been funny however, I was on a 8 kill streak when it happened.
What are some of the weirdest Misadventures that have happened to you?

For some reason when I spawned in on patrol I walked on some rocks near spawn and it killed me. Ummm wtf just happened

Not exactly a misadventure, but I melee'd a titan and killed him and about 10 seconds later, his arm randomly flies off of his dead body to punch me and kill me

Was running dust palace for those sick cloaks, wen I jump away from a psion and land on some railing, almost falling off the edge. But my guy just died. Every time I was revived by a teammate I would instantly die again.

I've had a few sun gravity deaths, when my body is sucked into the ground and my body has a spasm.

Mine happend in the raid when we killed the shade of oryx, once we teleported out four of us died due to a misadventure. [spoiler]which resulted in a wipe of course[/spoiler]

Trial of Osiris last week. I used my Ward of Dawn, left it for a second and just died. Killed by the architects.

Shooting oryx in the chest while I have the brand. Randomly get shoved 15 feet away from everyone. They all die

Was walking and died from a hidden landmine that didn't explode

HM Golgoroth. Jump down into puddle. Scope in with sniper. As I pull the trigger, idiot drops Titan bubble over the puddle. Bullet ricochets off inside of bubble and head shots me. Wasted.

Before i figured out what was going on, every time i died to the taken phalanx shield blasts. I was like, "what just happened?"

1 ReplyPlaying vog on hard at the part where you fight the templar. I grabbed the relic ran after a harpy proceeded to do the jump smash on it's head.....Guardian down. Apparently a case of reverse mario brothers.

Last we almost had oryx but when the runner picked up the relic I just died out of no where.Killed by arcitects.I was too tired to even get mad.

Sure, I can fall a hundred feet and barely escape with my life by landing in ankle deep water, but heaven forbid I fall five feet and land on an awkward piece of metal and die instantaneously.

5 RepliesI was running the Sunless Cell nightfall with 2 friends. We were at the thrall bridge, and we ran right into the middle of them and started punching and stabbing away. Suddenly my hunter is flying through the air, off the bridge to the right toward the hanging pendulum things. I fly out there for a few seconds, hit a wall and die. It was almost like I got punched by one of the rams in the last KF jumping puzzle, that's how far I flew. And we have no idea what happened!

Shot a taken phalanx with a shotgun. It died. I walk over it's body to get ammo and die. No other enemies around. The phalanx didn't even touch me to begin with

I was playing crucible last night and a Titan was charging at me and caught me unawares, with little time to react, I had one rocket left in the chamber, so I naturally decided to suicide myself and take him down too. I point the rocket launcher at the ground and as he got within the blast radius, I let the rocket fly. I killed myself and the Titan escaped unscathed. I was like "derp, derp, lol wat just happened?"

I was playing my warlock in crucible and I had an overshield. A titan was about to shoulder charge me, so I jumped up in the air to try to avoid it. The titan still hit me, and I lived, but I got knocked up over the boundary of the map, and splattered on the ground.

I got killed like some people have where the cabal hits you back and then all of a sudden you just start flying basically and then you hit a wall and die.

Every so often I jump onto some stairs and take quite a bit of damage. It's even killed me a few times. Apparently falling up stairs happens in video games just as much real life.

One time in the beginning HoW days, I was a low level Titan playing on rusted lands. I was barely at red in health. I jumped off those stairs leading below C. I was literally 2 feet of the ground, hit the floor, and immediately died and my body shot up.
