Dragon's Breath is good, don't get me wrong. I think it's extremely underrated. But it still falls short to the Gjallerhorn. It's not even opinion at this point lol.

Nothing to spend them on, don't save them, use them :) Edit: Wait until the Hunters new super is available and binds multiple targets to the spot. Imagine the damage Dragons Breath will do then!!
