Hm I try to just be extremely aware of my surroundings when sniping. If I see red on my radar coming from a flanking point I may immediately reposition to counter if it's a blink/shotgun and try and stay away from tight corners. Honestly I'm pro low sensitivity if you can be accurate. Especially if you snipe. I know kjhovey uses a 3 sensitivity. And that's what I used for the longest time but have bumped it down even a little more and I like it.
