Is it possible that Dan D Lyon has a scribe since it is very difficult to type with paws?

I'd does Dan D Lyon just give his scribe the idea and gives him the liberty to put his own fine touch on it?

Why is there no first person? Does the sentence not appear as Dan D Lyon's thoughts, and then the scribe just writes it down exactly the way he said it with some fine tuning? Do you not want me to know how old you are?

Or does he just get the unrefined thoughts and put them into something more comprehensible?
