It'd be cool if there were crazier thralls that crawled on all fours and scurried towards you. I think a boss idea would be great if it was in the middle of a labyrinth of caves and its huge and puts its arms through the tunnels and you have to disarm it and crawl through its arm cavities until you get a chance to shoot at its decaying heart.
