Type: Warlock helmet
Stat: Strength
Perk: switchblade
Exotic perk: Revenge of the Devourer: when hit by a melee attack, all enemies in the area take some damage and have a Thorn burn effect.
Specifics: the perk will trigger on anyone in a two phalanx radius when the user is meeleed.
Design: looks like thorn, but a helmet, and where the visor is, there are two of that green thing on the end of thorn's barrel for eyes.

For people that know the thorn lore comes, the rose. To make the rose you need pure light from the traveler. To get pure light you need an arc solar and void hand cannon, 1000 motes of light and a shard of the traveler( that drops rarely in a raid) once you fuse these together and get the pure light, you can use it to upgrade thorn to the rose. The rose: exotic hand cannon (solar) Description: it doesn't wield its jagged no more, it now wield the beauty Exotic perk: three bullets in the magazine explode on impact and create a solar grenade that attaches to enemies and lasts for 3 seconds

Pretty cool idea but lore wise, the other dude is right. Still I can already imagine how bad ass this would look. Kind of like an edgy mask if the third man. As far as effectiveness goes, it certainly can be helpful if the enemy near them has low health.
