It's a rate drop in nf to help influence you to buy dlc and bc it just would be morally correct to give a semi common e light drop when people pay money for the dlc to get the drop. Not to mention I would be upset if I got e light from 1 of my toons every week from nf bc I have a ton and don't need them

The only time I feel slightly influenced to buy the DLCs is when I'm locked out of Nightfalls. I quickly come to my senses and put the credit card back in my wallet.
