Windows 10 is a great idea. Still waiting to see how all of that is gonna work out. Software and major changes like that almost always have bugs that have to be fixed because they kill the system.
That being said. Tomb Raider/Uncharted debate is completely subjective. Scalebound seems like it'll be cool. But we haven't seen anything on it other than a teaser. It wasn't even at E3 this year. Forza 6 is great. But not a system seller. Gears 4 has a lot working against it. And it isn't due until late next year. And the Fable series has drastically fallen from the first game and is embarrassing at this point that it's a selling point for Microsoft. Halo 5 is the only one mentioned that'll sell systems enough to make an impact. And that's this year's release.
To combat that; Horizon: Zero Dawn, Uncharted 4, Gran Turismo 6, The Last Guardian, Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts III, Ratchet and Clank, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 (mentioned for times exclusivity), Street Fighter V, Dreams, and plenty of others. So while you use your short list of exclusives that are good, but not groundbreaking. Playstation has at least four times the amount coming out that will get perfect scores for their degree of mastery an be recognized as masterpieces (MGS4, The Last of Us, Uncharted 3, Uncharted 2, God of War III and a few others based on IGN giving perfect 10s to) that do break ground based on graphics, or technology, or sound and design.
Uncharted 2 and 3 and The Last of Us have own overall game of the year awards from several different sources. Microsoft got them for Halo 2 and 3 I think. Possibly. But they haven't had an overall GOTY.
