Rasputin was a Warmind, and he was constructed by the Seven Seraphs, not a foundry.

So the seven seraphs symbol is the one you see as rasputin's then, the same one you see on pocket infiniti and feedback fence's? Seven seraphs, are they a faction like dead orbit and such then?

No they were a group of Golden Age Scientists that made the Warminds, likely they also made the Pocket Infinity, and then there's as you said Feedback Fences and the new Sleep Simulant that should be coming in TTK. These may just be weapons and armor made from Warsat materials though.

Pocket infinity was made from a ghost's memories after fireteam -insert later- was slaughtered by the vex after coming too close to some secret and yes feedback fences are just made from Warsat materials.

The schematics were retrieved from the ghosts of fireteam Tuyet, but that leaves us with the question who built it? The Seven Seraphs symbol suggests them
