Simple question. If TTK turns out to be overhyped will you leave?
EDIT: Why would I leave if TTK is a disappointment? Because this is the last chance and last straw. I've given bungie to many chances, and too much money. This DLC is gonna be the most expensive and if I get an overhyped Piece of horse shit again then I'm done.
To be honest though, bungie has Greatly improved the game since the TDB disaster. So I highly doubt they'll ruin this DLC.

Edited by Nxte_56: 7/26/2015 5:32:41 PMI doubt itll be a dissapointment. With all that stuff thats coming but if it is yes i am leaving Ill just go on to need for speed and sw battlefront

Alot of people are leaving before TTK. I for one wont watch my entire beasting arsenal turn to junk. Retroactive perk changes on EVERY gun in the game, making them ALL less effective. No thanks. Ill go to a game developer that actually creates challenging content. Instead of nerfing everything in the game to make content SEEM harder.
-
leaving? no... but im not buying it and i probably wont buy any more content from this company until i see dramatic and rational game changers like private lobbies for custom match making with friends, more story, and less exclusives.
-
Everyone just says that but they will continue playing.

Edited by The Fallen Zyzz: 7/26/2015 5:27:54 PMI'm waiting for Destiny 2. But only if it is a Gen 8 exclusive game. I want to see some truly next gen shit. Either way, Destiny will be going on the shelf the moment No Man's Sky and Fallout 4 drop.
-
Lol everything in Destiny has been overhyped. Why would it be true now. Most people are so ignorant to the facts it's ridicules.
-
im leaving soon as ttk runs out i will not be purchasing ttk
-
I've already left this shit game behind before HoW dropped, the fact that you lame no-lifers still support this shit hole money pit is beyond me. Screw TTK and bungie. They have forever turned me away. The only reason I chose to visit here today is because I'm extremely board and wanted to check in on you twelve year olds and your bizarre love for this awful game.
-
TDB was a failure. HoW was a fun, worthwhile expansion for me. TTK will be the final chance for Bungie. If they can't pull it off, I'm done. No more chances, no more forgiveness. I will be done for good.
-
I really dont want to leave destiny but most of my friends have been driven away so idk anymore...
-
im leaving anyway
-
Been gone just lurking the forums.

My favorite part about Destiny was Multiplayer. But in the last few months it's become a complete lagfest. TTK will be the first DLC I'm not preordering. I could care less about the preorder bonuses. For $40 I could buy a completely different game, hopefully one that values player experience. Something I haven't seen in this game in quite some time.
-
The blind defenders of Bungie will still stay in this game, I've never seen such narrow mindedness about a video game before. It comes to a point where Bungie can delete their entire inventory specifically and they'd still stay and play
-
I will probably be done anyways. What's the point in continuing when the next dlcs will be small like TDB and HoW, neither of which had enough new/fun content to justify the price tag.
-
If they released 1raid with how I would buy ttk. But that last dlc done me in. I will likley wsit for Destiny 2 and hopefully get a full game? I'm not throwing money at my screen.
-
After expansion 1/2 were both failures... Destiny has had enough chances to me...
-
I'm leaving because I refuse to spend $40 on TTK when it by all rights should be $25/30. The weapon patch is also very concerning because it seems like they want to make PVE even grindier, which is a huge turnoff. Balance weapons for PVP, sure, but do it intelligently and divorce them entirely from PVE.
-
Already left. Enough is enough for me. I have no faith in them at all.
-
I said "no" because I'm not waiting for TtK to fail...
-
Nothing big is going to to change with TTK. They were already working on it before destiny even launched. I'll judge my future with the destiny franchise when part 2 comes out. And yes, if they continue down this lazy PvE, PvP development like they have been, I'll ditch this franchise and never look back. Too many good games will be developed in the future. Not going to show loyalty to one that is seems to be built around milking their fan base outta money.
-
I'm leaving anyway, I don't want to keep throwing money everywhere TTK will be short just with a bigger price tag. I guarantee you after a week these forums will blow up how dumb they are when spent 40$ or whatever because of different areas of the world have a differnt price tag. Boy when that day comes I'm going to laugh at all of them because they keep dancing for Bungievision like dumba$$ puppets they are Ledeedede legend of nerder Ledeedede legend of nerder
-
I won't be buying ttk till a week or so after release, so I can get some real details. Then I'll make my decision
-
I'm already leaving before TTK.

Already left

Honestly I'm waiting for the reviews first....if it doesnt turn out to be good or even make me want to play it just by looking at gameplay, then i wont buy it and just wait for Destiny 2 while i play other games. There is a lot of games coming out in the fall, so its not like I'll have nothing else to turn to for entertainment. P.S. Need more vault space....im not deleting my old raid gear or trials gear (unless its replaced by a new one like IB has been each DLC)
