Bullsh*t...
Anyone can make their own group with requirements they state. It takes less than 10 mins to create a fireteam on lfg sites regardless if you ask for a gally or not. Their main reason for nerfing the gally is total bullsh*t.
And you can only really burn a main boss in 30 seconds if solar burn is active, so the excuse for making end game pve content too easy is also bullsh*t.

That option is still there, therefore to be safe, that option should be eliminated altogether. Besides, just because it's nerfed, doesn't mean it's useless. It's still gonna do more damage than the average 2 shot rocket, but probably by a slight margin. But that should be enough to stop making it used as a requirement. If you can't handle a bit more challenge than you are used to, then I can safely say you are an immature scrub.
