Is it a one shot since it's a heavy? I feel that it should get some kind of bonus for head shots. Awesome exotic btw.

It will require skill to use but will be easy to get used too. The maximum ammo in a mag will be 8 and thanks I hope there will be an exotic weapon like that in the future.
