I firmly believe that the game makes it harder to get certain weapons. I have 1600 hours and don't have Ghorn. It seems the carrot chasers get picked on by rng.

Try different loadouts on each endgame activity you play. I've found that this gets me more new stuff and less duplicates.

The RNG is based upon many variables of your character but one that I seen blatantly obvious is when you have purchased the game. Newbies always get prime weaponry.

yes agreed. Dismantled my 7th and 8th Gjallarhorn last night after soloing nightfalls on all characters. I would gladly give one to you if I could.
