I think it's the other way around ......

I dunno, my bro has PS4 and is constantly getting annoyed with squeakers, psn seems to be down more than xbl and he says it's noticeably slower than Xbox in snapping party/messages and swapping apps, maybe his is bust? However, I personally like the psn ui more, and enjoyed watching him play through the last of us. Console 'wars' are sad, but I do feel psn users react more, which is why I try to get a reaction :)

Yea id have to say as of late, xbl has give me near constant issues the past few months. Apps crashing, xbox video not loading my collection, messages not showing up, maybe once every 2 weeks my friends list doesnt exist. The past 2-3 weeks has been much better, but there was this march-juneish time frame where it seemed like at least once a week something on xbl wasnt working right for me. Still though, their actual multiplayer servers are rarely if ever down, and very rarely for long. I envision a future where xbox ceases to be a console, and more a service. Think about it. "Ps5, powered by xbl." I could seriously get behind that.

I have both...Xbox is definitely the playground for kids
