Overall, their selections in terms of equipment and subclass skill selection and how well the all compliment each other. Kinda sad to see people who have random armor that has extra ammo and reload boost for weapons they aren't equipped with or use mask of the third man on a gunslinger, etc, and then mostly gameplay.
