How they play and act in game. Grim score and weapons don't matter. Lvl matters for some things but it's what you do and how you do it that matters

I agree mostly with that. The only time I really look at their grim score is if doing things such as raids. If they are level 34 with 1000 grim score then the chances are they have never done said raid before and it's their first time.

I suppose you are right. Although I look only for running skolas as old raids don't take much to teach or defeat when we are over powered compared to the boss etc.
