I've had four or five hawkmoons drop for me.

Took >6 months for me to get my first Hawkmoon. Then I ended up getting 5 of them in a 6 week period. Have had at least 2 Monte Carlos, but only one 4th Horseman. 9 months to get my first Ghally, then another within a couple of weeks.

However, never in their marketing or selling did they mention that although PlayStation exclusives DO exists, they will be impossible to get for some players due to the weighted RNG system. If Bungie can make Gjallarhorn disappear from Xur's inventory when it shows up by mistake, then they can make him sell Hawkmoon to PS4 players. How hard would it be to create another NPC in the tower that sells PS4 exclusives for PS4 players? I don't care if the requirements are super involved, even if it was a crazy long quest line. EVEN if I had to pay real money for the damn thing, I would. The "R" in RNG is not equally weighted. For a simple example: if there were only 10 total exotics in the game, and Hawkmoon was one of them, one would expect to get one on average every 10 drops. But if the system is rigged so that Hawkmoon only has a 1% chance of dropping, and the other 9 a 11.1% chance of dropping, they can keep you chasing it for a long time. Then, once you get it once, the odds to get it again can be reset to 10%, enhancing your odds of getting it again sooner. So while it is still random, the system is rigged to keep people chasing longer So, weapon odds are different for everyone, making it unfair as we all paid the same damn price for this game. Im in the same boat. I just got the hunger of crota last nite after 100 crota completions. We will get the hawk moon eventually.

Got hawkmoon back when the cryptarch was seeing blue everywhere didn't get blessed enough for Monte Carlo yet, bungie probably wouldn't have made two xur's too much effort

I've had 4 hawkmoons, deleted 3. Cri more my son, your tears feed me. Really should look up the concept of RNG tho.

Monte carlo was one of my first few exotics and I have 2 hawkmoons. Its random. Ive been playing since day 1

Stop chasing bro. Put it down a second. I got hawk moon PoE 28. But that's after i stopped playing a second. Seem like rng gives you a great drop after you lay off a while . I think it's to bring you back into the game. So play another game for a week then come back. Rng sees you addicted so why give you something new. You won't leave anyway. Trick the odds and bounce for a couple days Works for me. ... oh and. ... try dying a little. Usually last place gets the best loot

This isn't a rant just for me, it's for everyone that has a "Unicorn" or "White Whale" that they are after.
