The strategy mentioned in your post only works on those who are inexperienced with Blink. There is a reason that almost every single person who is considered a Destiny "pvp pro" uses Blink. It's the best for taking control of a situation. The other jumping abilities are just that, jumping. Blink allows you to do so much more. I'm not saying they should outright nerf Blink, but they should do something to make it more counterable.
