Completely agree with Op. I am not a blink user, but do unserstand how infuriating it is to face a player abusing blink and coupling it with a shotgun. There is however a very easy way to counter blink. Very simple, jump out of the way. The player using blink can only use it twice before the the cooldown renders him unable to jump for about 2 seconds. All you have to do is jump out of the way. This simple technique plus the predictable trajectory of the blink jump renders blink fairly easy to counter. Just think about it for a bit rather crying nerf here on the forums.
