That's a stupid reason. 850 hours before I got mine. Never was excluded and beat all endgame content. So all I hear when people post that excuse is "I'm too lazy to scroll down the list a few posts." Plus it's not all "elitist". Join one of the groups requiring it. When you find out it's a team without any looking to be carried by one person with it, laugh and leave. The only groups people are getting excluded from are the groups of assholes who no one would want to play with anyways. But if you think the current exclusion rate is bad, wait till the nerf when instead of being a nice-to-have, it becomes a requirement as 1-2 players won't be able to cover the damage of the 3rd or rest of the raid in time cases.
