There are gameplay videos.....of GAMEPLAY that show ACTUAL GAMEPLAY.

Your first point may be so (not the one about the car accidents), but your argument is still outweighed by one crucial fact: Almost nobody has experienced The Taken King, and all the abilities and whatnot that come with it.
