Why the -blam!- i dont the the siege dancer Card, Combined Arms and House of Wolves Grimoire Card?

The House of Wolves card is now supposed to unlock upon the start of Ishtar Collective story mission. Have you gone back and tried it? Also, have you gone back to the planetary dust palace strike (not through a strike playlist) to acquire the Siege Dancers card? If neither of these work, then I'd suggest reporting it to Siffow on the link at the bottom of my post. Cheer up! : )
