Not signing quit crying over simple changes so what no more magic ammo infinitely and icebreaker is not supposed to be use constantly like bungie said people would camp with just that weapon and wouldn't use anything else. the hammer sorry you can't burn atheon,spider walker, the tank,nexus, sepiks,aksor to death and still have full ammo. it takes the fun out of it. people who think these guns are ruined have completely lost their minds and need to reevaluate their gaming experience.

I feel they over step with icebreaker nerf. If they added to the max ammo I'd be ok, if they made it 6 seconds, I wouldn't like it, but I'd be ok. 8 seconds is a 60% increase in wait time. People will camp more then ever.

Few people use black hammer for its perk. Now I have no use for it. The perk is fine. Nothing else have a 10 second cool down on ammo roll.

What I mean by this is few people bother to use this weapon in boss fights minus the few. Obviously those of us that use it is for the ammo perk. Not that people just us it to shoot at enemies.

Honestly, I think the black hammer perk just needs to be adjusted-- 3:1; 3 crits should reward one bullet. I think icebreaker was uncalled for just because it's not an extreme case. But then again, I stopped using mine a long time ago. So... Whatever. I'm more excited for new weapons.

Then what would make that different from triple tap or phantom gift (word of crota perk)

Maybe remove "rapid" so that snipers can take their time... And carry the perk reward through game progression? It would be fun to attempt a whole raid with consistent/continuous crits. Just have one free shot for every 3; the other two bullets come from reserve; still free to roam (stock up on ammo) with the perk active.
