Well, I haven't ascended mine mainly because I only use it in pvp. I will ascend it for ToO and Iron banner though.
Do to its Impact, I think that it won't perform very well in pve but I will try it.

I've used in pve and its not very powerful, insane for arc burn but they r buffing pulses in pve so It may be good

I will test it when I ascend it anyway. Because of the New patch as you said. I expect good things from it (the patch I meant)
