Just to get this outta the way.. comparing SC to blink is like comparing SGA to Thunderlord. But more on point, I agree giving titans blink is not an option, but they should have been given an evade / dash. Either a tuck&roll similar to the nightstalker, or a dash that's basically like a shoulder charge with no melee at the end, but activated at any time. The Titan has no short distance burst that moves you enough to evade someone closing with blink. If they're not dumb enough to mess up their tactic, you're at a disadvantage. For me its not about it being a crutch like ppl imply. The problem is that it gives decent-good players an advantage that can only be countered by having it.
