My first suggestion is based on the least-impacting solution. This modifies the code the least; add blink to one class.
Probably defender, or even the new class.

Definitely not Defender. They're not supposed to be mobile, they're supposed to be tanks. And I don't agree that Titans should have Blink. I main a Titan, and I love it, but our differences are what makes us special. The Hunters and Warlocks can keep their Blink. I'll give 'em a safe place to Blink to when they're taking too much heat, yes?
