Black Hammer nerf is justified. A weapon having an unlimited amount of ammo and an endless mag is ridiculous. The weapon isn't getting "Annihilated" it's getting toned down a bit. It's still going to have an 18-21 size clip if you keep getting critical shots which is still amazing and will still probably destroy a spider walker faster than any other sniper in the game. Bunch of babies.
