take a break. if you dont feel like playing dont play. i took a long break after i got all gears and weapons from VoG. another long break after i got all gear/weps from Crota. got all weapons and gear from PoE. tried trials, and got frustrated to the point where i dont even bother with it. i already collected all of the exotics up to HoW except for hunter exotic Legs (the new ones) but other than that, yeah, it is an unhealthy habit that thankfully isnt pestering me anymore. when you have all exotics and raid gear maxed out and ascended there is truthfully no reason to play anymore. and i decided that trials is not worth the stress and time. heres my advice, if you have another pastime, look deeper into it and try to "finish" it. if not, dont worry about it. just play when you feel like playing again.
